Collection of your Personal Information
Vigilint Biosensors is dedicated to providing you with the most accurate, timely and widespread information regarding the person(s) or children in your care to you with the applications and processes to allow you make decisions or contact others regarding their assistance. This means we are helping you and many other caregivers to connect, exchange information, find your loved ones, provide content, and make decisions.
In order to succeed at the above, it sometimes means sharing information about yourself, those under your care or other family members with via communications with other Vigilint members, as well as working privately on your own. By default, your account is set up such that the amount and type of information to share, and with whom you share it, is decided by you.
Here are the four main types of information on Vigilint and the Vigilint™ Family Assistant:
- Information about yourself that you share. Vigilint Biosensors collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Vigilint Biosensors also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, gender, age, preferences, interests and favorites. This information you can make available to our Vigilint Members, the Internet, and others. This includes your profile and your contributions to discussions via our Vigilint Family Assistant Application or other community features Vigilint may offer which, if you choose to opt-in. You have control over what you share, and you can update information at any time.
- Sensor Information about yourself and those under your care that you share. Vigilint Biosensors devices (smart watch phones, trackers, etc) collects personally identifiable information, such as those under your care's location, activity or schedule via the device's sensors. This information you can make available to our Vigilint Members, the Internet, and others. You have control over what you share.
- Communication Through the phone service, text messages, voice messages and alerts, we help you communicate with those in your care, other family members and Vigilint Members. Some of this communication is one-to-one, some of it is in groups, some of it is public discussion, and some is private discussion. Some of it includes video communication. You decide how much or how little you wish to communicate to individuals or groups. You decide in the case of audio, video and presentations what to show and how to show it. You decide how much or how little you wish to communicate to other members or the membership as a whole. We do not edit or change in anyway and as such do not represent any of these views.
- Private activity We also provide tools that you can use privately (for example, Smart Search, or adding notes to your profiles or navigation history.) These actions and information are private and we don't share or distribute them to others on the website.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Vigilint Biosensors. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by Vigilint Biosensors for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Vigilint Biosensors Web site.

Vigilint Biosensors keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within Vigilint Biosensors, in order to determine what Vigilint Biosensors services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Vigilint Biosensors to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

The Parent may contact us to review and/or delete any personal information we have collected from the child, or to withdraw permission for Vigilint Biosensors to collect any additional information from the child.
